HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email with the confirmation of your order to the email address specified.

If you do not receive this email, check your Junk Mail or Spam folder and, if you’re using a Gmail address, check also the Promotions tab.

I RECEIVED A DISCOUNT CODE, HOW DO I USE IT TO SHOP ON YOUR WEBSITE?

To use your discount, just enter the discount code received by clicking on Discount Coupon before confirming the order. After selecting the products you want to buy, click on ” Shopping Cart” in the upper right and then click “Purchase”.

Once you have entered the code, click on “Apply” to use it.

The discount will be immediately deducted from the total amount in the shopping cart. Now you can confirm your order.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Generally shipment is prepared the day after your purchase. Orders placed over the weekend are prepared on Monday.

Once the products are shipped, you will receive an email with the link to shipment tracking. After receiving it, your products will be delivered in 1-2 business days, if in Italy.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THERE ARE ANY MISSING OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS IN THE PACKAGE DELIVERED?

If there are any missing or damaged products, or if the products delivered are different than those ordered, please immediately contact our customer service by clicking on ‘Help & Contact Us’ .
