For generations, the family of Righetti Enzo has been dedicated to agriculture and to the growing of vines for the production of an excellent Bardolino. Their love for the land where the breeze that comes from Lake Garda and the morainic limestone and clay soil create ideal conditions for the ripening of the grapes. All this, together with their work and great passion, has made it possible to produce an exceptional wine with a full-bodied and rewarding taste. The wine “Il Ciliegio” presents notes of chocolate, tobacco and vanilla to the nostrils, with hints of plum and forest fruits. The grapes harvested for winemaking are left to dry in crates for at least 3 months and then, after the pressing, there is a further period of fermentation of 30 days. A final refining in oak casks for 24 months, following which the wine is bottled and sold after 6-8 months.
